Chapter Philanthropy & Service
In addition to national partners, collegiate chapters also support local causes through philanthropic fundraising and hands-on service on their campuses and in their local communities.
The Epsilon Iota Chapter actively works with local charities and philanthropies to support our service standards. We work with partners such as Pillows for Paws, which supports a positive environment for shelter animals by helping create toys and beds for animals to use and also support our local soup kitchen! Throughout the year, we fundraise for the National Eating Disorder Association, March of Dimes, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, the American Cancer Society, and other non-profit organizations.
The Women’s Wellness Initiative provides an outlet for our sisters to work together in a variety of service opportunities that all aim to support women in our community.
We also participate in Relay for Life at NYIT's Long Island campus every year along with other Fraternities, Sororities, clubs, and organizations to help fight cancer!
